The Zassenhaus Hannover Pepper Mill features a slender body and is visually divided into two parts. The lower part is made of beech wood in a black, robust cast iron look. Above a stainless steel ring sits the upper part, optionally made of noble oak, olive or walnut wood. The grinding mechanism made of high-performance ceramic is also in a class of its own. It is harder than steel, wear-resistant and corrosion-free. The grinding degree is infinitely variable from powder-fine (1) to coarse (6).
